Inland Empire Cupcake Fair and Baking Expo

October 4th kicks off our busy season!  It's your first chance to buy our Ms Cupcake plush in person!  Especially since most people didn't know we had them at the Long Beach Comic Con a couple of weeks ago...because we didn't know we were going to have them in time!

We're excited to be bringing Happy Pantry to the Inland Empire...and not only that - but we're going to be at the IE Cupcake Fair and Baking Expo!  AND we have our cupcake plushes!  We're terribly excited about that...people like our cupcakes!

It's all happening on October 4th from 12-4 pm.  If you get VIP tickets, you can get in at 11!  That's a whole extra hour of cake and treat sampling!  Not to mention there won't be a line at our booth until the normal folk are let in at noon!  Do you wanna be normal and line up like a sucker?  Do you wanna be special and get pampered for a full hour before having to mingle with stinkies?  Get your VIP tickets!  It's only $5 more!  Sheesh!

Happy National Cheeseburger Day!  The only thing better than a hamburger is one topped with cheese!  Slap some gooey cheesy goodness on those buns and eat your hamburgers the way they were intended - completely unhealthy and high in tastiness!

I'd keep talking, but we're going to something a little more scrumptious and have ourselves a grilled cheese veggie burger!  If you're going to have the guilt of all that unhealthy bread and fried foods, might as well lighten the guilt of GMOs and animal cruelty, right?  Save a cow, eat a veggie burger!

Garlic is possibly a necessary ingredient for your food, but boy does it do a number on your breath.  Really you're making the people around you gloomy when you eat garlic.  Try not to breath.  At least not directly on anyone.

Happy Pantry: B is for Broccoli

In our quest to create the Happiest Pantriest alliterative alphabet book, we keep going back to previously finished letters.  We decided to revisit the letter B because vegetables in undies sounded like it would be funny.

 I'll be brief...this is broccoli in briefs...

 It sounds like a decent idea, but if you have bouncing broccoli, that means you've overcooked it (undercooked?) into a rubbery inedible mess.  This is the thing children's dinner nightmares are made of because you have to eat it or no dessert.

Broccoli in briefs and everything is right with the world.  Snug and comfy.

Indibanana Jones faces his mortal enemy

There's one thing Indibanana Jones dislikes more than anything...

And no - it isn't how glad you are you didn't say Orange...or banana, or...wait, how does it go?  However it goes, that isn't it.

Today he faces off against his mortal enemy.  It sends shudders down his spine...or it would if he had one.  Not that we're saying he's spineless, it's just that he's a banana, and he's fulla mushier stuff than jello.

It's a little play on words there.  Heh.

Lil' Sand Person

I'm posting the Lil Sand Person (Tusken Raider) all by itself here because I redid the illustration as a square so it would fit in the instagram window.  Everything on Instagram is square, which is kind of annoying for any illustration not fitting those parameters...

Happy Pantry Embroidered Strawberry Hair Clips

We have two different types of hair clips available...a cupcake one based on our Ms Cupcake character.  And our Strawberry Short Clip.  It's not really called that, but it is a hair clip with a cute embroidered strawberry on it.
