The Cake Expo was a little over a week ago.  We spent the entire time in our booth - so it was nice to have people like the fine folks at the PKP Way do a recap and share some terrific photos.  If you didn't go, and many didn't, then you should check out their blog because they had some amazing pics!

Happy Pantry is going to be at the Cake Expo on October 17th and 18th.  It's in the Hanger building at the OC Fair Grounds in Costa Mesa.
